Hi Zenith Catcher, Most of us live somewhere else. We’re replaying yesterday. We’re planning tomorrow. We’re stuck in our heads, scrolling, rushing, worrying. Days blur together because we’re almost never where we actually are. But here’s the thing: you can break that loop in 10 seconds. Stop. Feel the floor under your feet. Notice the air moving in and out of your nose. Realize: holy shit, I’m alive. That’s it. Ten seconds of your mind and your body in the same place. Ten seconds of presence. And already you’re further ahead than almost everyone else. This is a nice story that illustrates what I mean: a man was late for a podcast interview, running around the house, annoyed at himself. His wife was leaving at the same time. In the middle of that rush, he caught himself. Paused. Picked her up, kissed her, set her down, and left. Ten seconds of pure intentionality. A punctuation mark in the middle of chaos. That’s mindfulness stripped down to something useful. Not hours on a cushion. Just catching yourself, for a moment, and actually being here. Do that once and you feel the shift. Do it a few times a day and life stops feeling like a blur. It starts to feel like living. Much love, Nicola PS: Share this article with your friends here. 2. “2 things to control your hunger without Ozempic. Eat a breakfast with: 10-15g of fiber. 30g+ of protein. Protein in the morning helps your body signal to your brain “I’m full,” and turns down signals that make you feel hungry. Fiber slows down how fast your food moves through your stomach. That makes the full feeling last even longer. Research shows that eating foods high in soluble fibers like blueberries and walnuts help you eat 60 to 130 fewer calories later in the day, without even trying.” — Bryan Johnson Quote of the Week:“Get married. Have children. Build a legacy. Pass down your values. Pursue the eternal. Seek true joy.” — Charlie Kirk
