Hi Zenith Catcher, Most people get stuck waiting for proof before they believe in themselves. But here’s the paradox: if you’ve achieved nothing yet, your current self gives you no reason to believe. So you end up trapped, reinforcing old stories, old failures, and old limits. That’s learned helplessness, expecting pain because you’ve felt it before. The way out isn’t to believe harder in “current you.” It’s to believe in future you. That shift requires radical responsibility. Your goals aren’t random, they’re calls to expand, proof that your current identity isn’t enough. The right question isn’t “How do I believe in myself to hit this goal?” but “Who do I need to become to achieve it?” Identity is malleable. Beliefs can change. And the fastest way to prove it is through relentless action:
It will feel chaotic. Your old self will fight to survive. But that’s the sign you’re growing. Because in the end, you don’t achieve goals. You achieve a character and that character achieves the goals. Much love, Nicola PS: Share this article with your friends here. Things I’ve Learned This Week:1. Definition of Happiness “Happiness is the state when nothing is missing. When nothing is missing, your mind shuts down and stops running into the past or future to regret something or to plan something.” — Naval Ravikant 2. What is integrity? Integrity is a combination of: • What you do • What you say • What you think All need to be aligned. Quote of the Week:“don’t listen to stupid rules but be prepared to face the consequences” — Dr. Jordan B. Peterson
